Peony

This is my old fashioned peony bush and a close up of the blossom. Its a real nice plant once it starts blooming. It was several years after i planted it before it flowered but now it booms every year. Not a lot of flowers; just 2 or 3 at a time but they're big so that makes up for quantity. On the down side the flowers can get ruined if it rains alot otherwise its trouble free and bug free.
Speaking of rain....we've had 18 days of it this month already. The record is 21 days and we dont want to go breaking any more records!
